New Ownership Announcement
We are excited to announce that our technology brands including WebsiteTravel MarketPlace, TravelDesk and Operator Hub were acquired by Melbourne-based, Australian Adventure Group Holdings Pty Ltd on Friday 4th November 2022. Australian Adventure Group’s tech subsidiary, AAGTech (Australian Adventure Group Technology Pty Ltd), will operate the brands.
Under the new ownership, all staff, management teams and assets from the acquired technology brands have been retained and the newly appointed board of directors are committed to the ongoing operations, recovery, and growth of the brands within the Australian and New Zealand tourism sectors.
We are taking measures to make this transition as seamless as possible and want to reassure you that this change in ownership will not affect our platforms or commitment to providing the best possible technology partnership to you. There will be no interruptions to our services during this period.
Our new owners are committed to investing in our exciting future roadmap with significant new features to make our platforms even better for our connecting partnerships.
